• Less than 7 days before the booking date: No refund

3.2 Adjustments: Any adjustments to the booking, such as changes in the number of participants or selected services, should be communicated at least 7 days before departure. Additional charges may apply depending on the changes.

4. Cancellation by Sea Jockeys

4.1 Adverse Weather Conditions: For the safety of our customers, we may cancel cruises due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 4.2 Technical Issues: If technical issues with our vessels prevent us from delivering the service, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the booking.

5.2 Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation confirmation.
