Sea Jockeys Boarding Policy
1. Check-In
Arrival Time: Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Identification: All passengers must present valid identification at check-in.
2. Passenger List
Listed Passengers Only: Only the passengers listed in the booking details are allowed to board the vessel. Additional or unlisted passengers that were not communicated to us at least 7 days before departure, will not be permitted. Accuracy: Ensure all passenger information is accurate and complete at the time of booking.
3. Safety and Conduct
Safety Briefing: Passengers must attend the pre-departure safety briefing conducted by the crew. Behavior: Passengers are expected to follow all safety instructions and behave respectfully towards the crew and other guests.
4. Luggage
Allowance: Passengers are allowed to bring personal items and small luggage. Large or excessive baggage may not be accommodated.
5. Health and Fitness
Fitness to Travel: Passengers must be in good health and fit to travel. Any medical conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.
Special Requirements: Notify us of any special requirements or assistance needed during the trip.
6. Boarding Denial
Non-Compliance: Passengers who fail to comply with the boarding policy or safety instructions may be denied boarding without a refund.
